Information you submit through workshop registrations, contact forms, surveys, questionnaires, Clarity Call booking forms, intake forms, membership forms, and other forms.
Payment and transaction information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Fontana Coaching does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Information you voluntarily share in emails, SMS messages, Voxer messages, coaching sessions, workshops, calls, surveys, reflections, community discussions, or other communications with us.
Account and membership information connected with your client or member login.
Other information you choose to provide when you inquire about, purchase, or participate in our Services.

Coaching Information

Fontana Coaching provides coaching and educational services. Our Services are not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or a substitute for licensed mental-health treatment.

During coaching, intake, workshops, membership participation, community participation, or communications, you may voluntarily share personal information about your life, experiences, goals, relationships, reflections, and challenges. We use this information as reasonably necessary to deliver the coaching, membership, workshop, communication, and support you request; to maintain our business records; and to comply with legal obligations.

Please do not provide medical records, psychotherapy records, or other information you do not wish to share. If you are experiencing an emergency or mental-health crisis, contact appropriate emergency services or licensed clinical support rather than relying on Fontana Coaching Services.

We may use this information to send workshop or appointment reminders, service-related updates, membership or client communications, and—where you have provided the appropriate consent—occasional marketing or promotional messages related to Fontana Coaching Services.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Fontana Coaching, the Services you request, and your communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Recordings, Transcripts, Client Portals, Membership, and Community Content

We may record certain workshops, private coaching calls, or group coaching sessions. Zoom may also generate transcripts or AI-based meeting notes, including through Zoom Notes or similar features.

Workshops

Workshop recordings may be shared with individuals who registered for that specific workshop, including registrants who were unable to attend live. We use these recordings to provide the workshop experience and related resources to registrants.

Private Coaching and Client Portals

Private coaching clients receive access to a GoHighLevel-hosted client portal or login, where applicable, to access program materials, communications, resources, recordings, payment information, or other aspects of their coaching experience.

Private coaching calls may be recorded only when agreed upon with the client. If a private coaching call is recorded, the recording or transcript may be made available to that client for their personal use in connection with the coaching Services.

Group Coaching and Community Spaces

Group coaching participants may receive access to a GoHighLevel-hosted community or member area when it is included as part of the applicable group program.

Group coaching calls may be recorded to support program delivery and continuity. Where a group call is recorded, the recording may be made available to eligible participants in that group program.

Information you choose to share in a group coaching community, group call, or group support channel may be visible to other enrolled participants in that program. Please use care and discretion when sharing personal information in these spaces.

Membership and Community

Membership includes a GoHighLevel-hosted member login and community. It may also include live Zoom calls, session recordings, written materials, reflections, and member discussions.

Information you choose to share in the membership community, a membership call, or a membership support channel may be visible to other enrolled members. Please use care and discretion when sharing personal information in these spaces.

Where a membership call is recorded, the recording may be made available to eligible membership members for program delivery and continuity.

Marketing Permission

We do not use recordings, transcripts, screenshots, testimonials, community posts, or other client or member content for marketing or promotional purposes without separate, explicit permission from the identifiable individual.
